TMN Skincare and Welllness is a very cozy spa studio for relaxation and comfort. We know you will enjoy the temporary escape of what our facility provides to our many clients  Spa Etiquette is important to us. To preserve the tranquility of the spa studio, we respectfully request that you turn off all cell phones and pagers.

Our Staff of qualified, professional massage therapists and estheticians, are licensed in New York State.

Therapist Preferences are important to our clients. If you have a preference in gender, or would like to request a specific therapist, please let us at know at the time of booking.

Your Appointment is very important to us. To ensure your service will begin on time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Be reminded that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients, all appointments begin and end on time. Reservations are made subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. We ask that 24 hours notice be given for all rescheduling to avoid billing. Spa prices are subject to change. Please call to confirm our latest pricing information.

Our Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is very important to us as we reserve that time especially for you. Due to the high demand of appointments, we respectfully request a notification of at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients and make necessary staffing change to our schedule. If you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment on the day of your service, there will be a service charge of up to 100% of the session booked on your credit card or gift card on file. If you are not feeling well, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN!
Please make sure you do call us if your not well to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. 

We ask that you arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may properly receive you. We regret that we are unable to lengthen your appointment time if you arrive late and your services may be shortened so as not to inconvenience our other clients. Unfortunately, late arrivals will be charged for the full amount of service regardless of the appointment length.

Medical History can be a determining factor in what services we can safely provide you. When making appointments for our services, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any allergies or are under a doctor's care for any skin conditions or if you are taking any medications for a skin problem.

Gift Certificates are available for spa treatments.

Gratuities- Our Therapists work hard to ensure your Groupon experience feels just blissful as a full-priced service. You want to show them how good you feel, so please be sure to TIP them on the FULL-PRICE.

Security of your valuables is important to us. Certain treatments require the removal of jewelry, watches, rings, etc. We ask that you please leave these items at home. We are not responsible for the loss of these items. Spa Clients under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
