PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
As a Skincare Wellness Center licensed by the New York State Department of Licensing, we have already been following strict sanitation procedures at
TMN Skincare and Wellness. However, with the COVID-19 Pandemic we have been advised by the State of New York and the CDC to implement additional precautions:
*All clients and staff must wear cloth face mask prior to entering our facility.
*Temperature will be screened at the front door. Any client or staff member who registers a temperature at 100.4 or above will be asked to immediately leave the premises and reschedule their appointment.
*We will be optimized to limit 1 client every other hour in our office. DO NOT bring children or a friend to our facility to wait for you, they will be asked to wait outside. If you do not have a baby sitter you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
*All Services will be limited to ONE HOUR ONLY. Double services and Couple services will be temporarily discontinued until further notice.
*Sanitizers will be provided in our reception area. All guests and staff will be required to sanitize there hands upon arrival and departure.
*Staff is required to wear face masks in treatment rooms during session.
*Facial clients must remain with their mask on until their treatment begins, once the therapist begins the facial steam, then the mask will be removed and treatment will begin.
*All furniture, treatment rooms, door knobs and handles, will be sanitized after every client.
*For your safety and ours we will NOT be offering couples massages or couples facials.
*We will be running aromatherapy diffusers in the reception area and all treatment rooms with anti-bacterial and anti-microbial essential oils.
*In the treatment rooms we have and will continue to provide disposable bed sheets, disposable head rests and all blankets are removed and washed after every client. Any soft surfaces, like chairs will be disinfected.
*All hard surfaces in treatment rooms and restrooms will be disinfected and sanitized after every client.
*The bathrooms have an anti-bacterial and anti-microbial soap dispensers as well as disposable toilet covers for your convenience.
*Make sure you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
In addition to these new measures, we will continue with our already strict daily cleaning and sanitation protocols.
As the next few weeks play out, our hope is that we can continue to be a safe place of respite for our community clients. TMN Skincare and Wellness is, and always will be, a place that is focused on the health and wellness of everyone who comes through our doors.
If you are not feeling well, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN!
Please make sure you do call us if your not well to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or no-show, we will charge you for your appointment as per the late cancel/no-show policy.
